Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms form an agreement between you and Tatiana V ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Riches service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Riches is a daily ritual and habit tracker inspired by the thirteen principles of Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich. It is provided for personal, educational use.

3. Account and acceptable use

You must be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, transmission of malware, scraping, probing or otherwise interfering with security or normal operation.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, designs and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.

5. Gifts and payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellations and refunds for any gift or purchase made through the Service are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and the Paddle Refund Policy, together with our own Refund Policy. Gifts to Riches are voluntary, one-time payments — there is no subscription or recurring charge.

6. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from your account settings.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to us through Paddle in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your definite chief aim and notes) and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tatiana V is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For questions, contact us through the support details published on this website.
