Riches is operated by Tatiana V. If you are not satisfied with a gift you have made, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. We honour this guarantee for any reason, including change of mind.

How to request a refund

All orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles billing, taxes and refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
2. Open the order and select the refund option, or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you.
3. You may also contact us and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are typically 5–10 business days after approval.
